The box is in very good shape but has a minor tear to the top of one side and there is the imprint of a handwritten word on the front of the box (this doesn't show in most of the photos but is clearer in the last).  The game disk is as new and the jewel case is in very good condition. The manual looks little used internally though the cover has light reading creases.  ***Please note that the manual's pages have been printed to look aged.*** Please see all the photos.
