The watch will need a new battery fitted. The one that was in the watch when purchased has since died.
As the photos show, the watch has signs of cosmetic wear. Some scratches on the front that aren't that visible and a few more on the back that are more noticeable.

The case is scratched in some places.
The leather strap is quite worn. It still has some life left in it, but the buyer may wish to fit a new one.
