The brackets etc are NOT included. Only the original unopened bag of bolts, nuts, washers and spacers, and the original instruction sheets. Please see pictures! (I have the original box too, but let me know if you want it or it will not be included. )

Should work with the brackets for 1994 and later FLHR, FLTR, FLHT, and FLHTC model motorcycles. Please be certain they will fit your bike before ordering.
