Kodak Duaflex II 2 Camera Photography 620 Film Format

It takes 620  film (which is available online) but you can also use the more common 120 film which is the same width as 620 film. You'd have to respool it onto a 620 spool if you go that route. The camera does have an empty spool.

Untested, but looks good. It has only been used for display, so I do not know if it works.
