Good usable condition. Adjustment hinge bracket and ball joint move freely and firmly. Ball adjustment works. 1 Small dent and faint hazy scratches on the back stainless portion. It has one faint scratch on the mirror from almost top to bottom and one 3-inch across. Faint and hard to see. See pics.

Can be used on left or right side by turning mirror on ball joint or loosening post mount and turning.
