This Vintage 1940’s “Penna. Super Highway” Commemorative Medallion belonged to my Father.  The front is so well worn that the picture and caption are recognizable but not clear. The date in the caption is unreadable.  The back of the medallion is completely blank.  The caption that should be present is not only illegible but completely worn off.
