The vinyl has been graded Excellent (EX). One light scuff/mark, looks otherwise unplayed. See photos. 

The sleeve has been graded Good (G). The original company sleeve is slightly worn and discoloured in the corners. There is also some writing ("7041" and "G") on the top right corners of front and back. It is fully intact without any tape. Please see photos.
