Here for sale we have a nice 19th century food / herb chopper. Nice single stem that splits in half at the top to make two small arms that are peened through the wood handle. Blade is hand forged iron , and marked with the maker “ R. Timmons & Sons “ . It measures 6 5/8 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches across the handle by 5 3/8 inches across the blade. Good condition, great signed example.
