Eric Hart Dyke, R. N. ??  Presumed biography explained on a laid in slip by a previous owner.   The undersigned name appears to represent the group of gift givers, but may also be the recipient.   The Londonderry garrison certainly kept officer names and martial status confidential, but in a gift book?   Or perhaps Lord Dyke prearranged copies to distribute as needed?  Intriguing.  In any case, a beautiful book of English poetry in a superb English binding.
