Machin Pattern 148 Green Leaves & Gold Tea Cup Can & Saucer Trio C. 1800-1815 B
Nice
bone china ring handle tea cup, coffee can and saucer. Decorated in
Machin's pattern 148 with green leaves and gold. Marked on the bottom
with the patter number 148. Circa 1800 to 1815.
These have
some crazing typical of British porcelain, some wear to the gilding, and
some staining on the inside of the cups, but otherwise good condition
with no chips or cracks.
The tea cup measures approximately 3 7/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall.
The coffee can measures approximately 3 3/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/2 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide.
These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces.
