Anna & Elsa travel suitcase/luggage case with telescopic adjustable pull along handle and wheels from Disney Store is pre-loved but still in great condition.

The case/bag measurements:

height: from floor to extended handle 32”

width: 16”

length: 7”

Height from floor to top of the case not including the handles : 15”

The case comes with a few marks in areas from use (Please See Photos) but otherwise the item is still in great useable condition. There’s minor marks inside and a small rip near the zip. The outside is in great clean condition with the zip having some paint scuffs and one zip is in full use whilst the second zip is missing the metal part to pull round but it can still be used. The battery has stopped working and will need changing , this is untested so not sure if the sounds will work.

The extendable handle has 3 different heights , low medium and tall length , the highest length reaches Approx 32”

The item is from a pet and smoke free home and will be dispatched via Courier

I only sell items I would be happy to receive myself...However if there is a problem or your just not happy with something please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my upmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I use a courier company for my deliveries as I have found they are generally quick and very reliable. Also trackable and insurable 😊

I aim to recycle packaging where appropriate and always pack the parcels carefully!

If you wish to return an item, please send me message first as I will always want to rectify any problems without you opening a case.

All items must be returned in the condition they were sent and postage has to be paid by the buyer. I will refund the original sale price of the item only if there’s no fault in my description or the item has no faults.

I would very much appreciate your feedback once you have received your item and I will in return also give feedback to my buyers. If in the rare instances you may feel unhappy with your item please contact me first to remedy any issues or problems before leaving me a negative feedback.
