Uruguay:  Marginal 5c deep grey colour trial for the 1941 issue commemorating the 40^th Anniversary of the death of the artist Juan Manuel Blanes. Overprinted in black SPECIMEN WATERLOW & SONS LTD in small sans serif font, and with a security punch hole. 

Apparently never hinged mint, but with gum toning. Very light gum creases on the stamp and in the margin. Scarce.
