Fully hallmarked stamped "Pat.1895 Lion/Anchor/G Sterling". 

No monograms or removals

There is unusual wear and abrasions on the front and back of all the tines. It does not look like normal tine wear from knives. Looks mechanical, as if someone sharpened the tines. Please examine the close up photographs.
