In good working order as has been tested.

Disc has been professionally cleaned so is in very good condition. 

Still has a few light scratches. 

Has cleaning residue inside the middle of the disc but doesn't affect the disc at all.

Case has some scratches/scuffs.

Cover art on the back along the top is a little damaged.

Manual is included.
