Cap: Fabric 60/40% cotton/poly blend w/ “YR” Registered Trademark on tag, made in Republic ofKorea (ROK), size “L” measures 58 cm (7 ¼). Patch on front measures 10 cm (37/8”) wide x 6.5 cm (2 ½”) high.

Decanter: There is dried fluid residue inside & out, and residual paper seal (not legible) on both sides of bottle neck. IV tubing has almost become detached from white plastic piece used to pierce stopper; this is a replaceable item and very inexpensive if sterility is expired--militarystealsandsurplus (Ohio retailer) and many other sellers offer expired IV tubing sets for $10 or less, price depending on length of tubing desired.
