The book is in good general condition. The majority of the books gilt titles and cover art remains bright and striking. The binding 

is in fairly good shape for a book well over a century old. There is minor scuffing present around the edges of the cover and at both ends of the spine. Inside there is only minor marking, foxing and damage present. There are some pages with obvious chips and small tears due to the pages having been cut carelessly. Overall this is a very nice copy and a much sought after collectable

for any esoteric collector
