This is a vintage Neptune Electronics Inc. (NEI) 1420 Stereo Mixing Console. It is a rare find for any audio enthusiast! With 14 channels, it's perfect for mixing and recording music or other audio projects.

The console has been tested. It powers on and appears to function properly. I do not have professional speakers with the correct hookups to connect to the unit. How I tested it was I ran an aux cable with a 1/4" adapter and plugged it into the line in input. Then, I plugged headphones into the preamp out/in jack of the same channel and was able to hear the music. All of the monitor lights work as they should, as do the effects. Again, I'm not an audio expert, but it seems to be in proper working order. Though, I'm sure it would benefit from a deeper cleaning and possibly a service checkup.

Overall, the unit is in very good minus (VG-) condition. It shows light marks/aging. There are no large or noticeable blemishes. The knob is missing from the master volume level of channel 14. The console measures 4.5 inches in height, 19.5 inches in depth, and 28.5 inches in width, and weighs 32.6 pounds.
