The buyer assumes all responsibility if there are factory flaws, defects, creases, scuffs, imperfections, or may not be fully clean from the item being stored in the box. The buyer also assumes all responsibility if there is damage to the shoe, shoe box, or box lid.

Authenticity: All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and are purchased directly from Nike or an authentic brand retailer. A purchase receipt is always available at request of the buyer!

Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase if the product is IN HAND. If the order is specified as a CONFIRMED ORDER, then it will be shipped out within 2 business days of when the item is received from the retailer.

Payment: All "Buy It Now" items require immediate payment. Please make sure your address is correct on eBay AND PayPal before submitting an order, because once it is sent, there is no way for us to change the address and we won't be held responsible. This is your responsibility.

 

Return/Exchange/Cancel Policy: There will be no exchanges and we do not accept "changed my mind" returns or any other types of returns. In case transport damage to the goods is found, the buyer should contact the respective courier to file a claim, we as a seller are not responsible. Cancellations will only occur if the size bought for the shoe is not available, your money will be returned 100%.

As a seller, we take any and all attempted scams extremely seriously. 

Precautions we take on every package include but are not limited to:

• Video proof of the item being packaged

• Video proof of the item being picked up/dropped-off

• Drop-off receipts when applicable

These precautions are done for both the safety of us and the buyer. Any attempted scam will result in the issue being brought to the attention of local police, eBay, and PayPal with full documented proof. This is a warning.
