A Lovely Fabulous LOT of RARE VINTAGE KNITTING RIBBON YARN...
"KATIA JOYA"..
* Made in Spain.
* 1990's-early 2000's ( now discontinued )
* 80% NYLON, 20% POLYESTER.
* Knit on 5 mm - 5.5 mm Needles.
* Tension : 20 st x 26 rows ( 10 cm x 10 cm )
* 9 x 25 gm Unused Balls..( 87 m in each ball )
* These balls look larger as the yarn has been wound onto sturdy cardboard cylinders.
* This is a Ribbon style yarn with the Gold Sparkly Polka Dots measuring 1 cm in length x .5 cm wide and approx 6.5 cm apart along the Black open weave ribbon yarn
* Please see 4th and 5th photos to better show this effect.
* The 1st, 2nd and 3rd photos show all in this lovely Lot of Yarn.
* As they are from an estate sale, I have listed them as 'Used'.
* Shade: 16 ( Dark Black with Gold Sparkle Polka Dots) ( see # below )

* Total Weight of all 9 Balls Combined = 225 gms.
* Each ball was weighed individually on digital metric scales

#.. this was really quite tricky, in autumnal daylight, to photograph and capture this elegant shade of yarn ..
#.. and even though it is Nylon and Polyester, it feels quite soft to the touch...Gorgeous!
* From an estate sale without its original packaging, this yarn is in Absolutely Lovely Vintage Condition.
* The labels show some signs of age wear, as to be expected, but this has no impact upon the actual yarn..
