No operating system, no power cord/adapter, and no hard drive included. The unit powers on to BIOS when plugged in. I/O ports are not tested. The buyer will have to provide and install their own hard drive and operating system. CPU and RAM passed a stress test. The case may have scattered scuffs and scratches from previous use.
