This item contains a 7c blue mint hinged stamp that is from Saint Lucia and was issued in 1949.   It is part of the King George VI Definitive set issued in that year and features a sideface portrait of King George VI.   Valued at £2.75 in the Stanley Gibbons Simplified Catalogue 2004.
