BMW Garrett GT2260v Turbo
Was used on my e39 530d for some time.
Ran fine but when swapping out for another turbo I dropped it.
After removing the cold side you can see the central pin on the cartridge is bent.
Please note -
1 - The cartridge has seized, you cannot turn the fins of the turbine. You need a new core for this turbo.
2 - This appears to have been a re manufactured unit, because on the extruded tag location it is lasered on with a clean face. Garrett is stamped. You can see in the photo how it doesn't match the original Garrett look.
3 - The actuator is missing. I removed it for another turbo.
No guarantee on this, however the hot and cold side appear to be in good condition, so with a new core and actuator it's likely it would be usable.
