This is a nice LOW GRADE copy (see images). There are multiple creases and stains. Nice presenting copy - I would have called it a mid-grade, but there are just several stains that keep it lower. 

 

I do not work for CGC or any other grading company. Here is an explanation of my estimate:

High Grade, VF to NM, 7.5 to 9.0

Mid Grade, VG to Fine, 4.0 to 7.0

Low Grade, Good or below, 3.5 or below
