For sale is an authentic Jared Cook autographed 2013 game worn St. Louis Rams blue jersey. Jared wore this jersey in a Salute to Service game against the Chicago Bears on November 24, 2013. Jared was the Rams leading receiver in that game with 4 receptions for 80 yards and a TD in a Rams 42-21 victory. On the base of the front collar is the NFL Shield. Below the NFL Shield is “Rams” in white. Below “RAMS” is Jared’s number 89 in gold and outlined in white. On each shoulder is again Jared’s number 89 in gold and outlined in white. On each sleeve is the Nike insignia and a patch of a Ram in gold, blue and white. Across the top of the jersey is “COOK” in white letters. Below “COOK” is again Jared’s number 89 in large gold and outlined in white. On the inside back collar is the sewn on size 42 Nike NFL On Field Line patch with a 2012 (the year for which the jersey was first made) tag attached.

Jared clearly signed the jersey in black sharpie on the first “8” of the number 88 on the back of the jersey. The jersey shows significant game use with turf and other marks on the numbers on both the front and back of the jersey. (See pictures)

On the Nike NFL On Field Line patch is the NFL PSA/DNA sticker with the certification number 2N01310. The jersey comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from NFL Auction and PSA/DNA. The COA contains the Certification number which matches the sticker on the jersey. I have included the COA in my pictures. The Look Up of the Certification Number on the PSA/DNA website shows this is a signed Jared Cook Salute to Service game worn jersey. I have included a screen shot from the PSA/DNA web site of the description of the item relating to the Certification Number in my pictures.

Jared Cook is a 2 time Pro Bowler and played 13 years in the NFL. He had 553 receptions for 7,237 yards and 45 touchdowns.
