Beautiful glass float and wood stand from Japan. 1940 or 50 vintage. The float is 4” diameter and blue, lots of bubble, some scratches, no breaks. Hand blown. I do not see a makers mark. The stand is also Japanese from the same era, and has a flying crane painted on it, with small paint loss. Some rubbingto finish but overall both in very good condition. Lovely for a coastal theme, or a conversation piece. Will be carefully wrapped. Nonsmoking home, no musty odors. Some photos in light outdoors, some in dim light indoors. This is mostly lighter blue with a slight green undertone… shown with ruler for size in some photos.
