The set is incomplete and heavily used. It doesn't include all accessories, but there are some which are shown in the pictures.

There are no dolls included.

The outer box is heavily beaten up.

There are stickers that are peeling and I believe purple plastic small sections are missing that help connect the rooms so the school is more sturdy.
