These are listed as new dead stock. These are untested as is, and for the sake of this sale should be considered non functional as there is no way to test them without opening them. I've sold 40 or more of these from the same lot a couple years ago and only had feedback that a very small percentage didn't work out of package. As such there are no refunds offered due to non functionality.
