This coat is a vintage item that I would guess was manufactured in the 1980s in Canada. It's a lightweight trench coat that would be perfect for spring. It's composed of a blend of polyester and cotton.  It's in good used condition, with some small areas of tearing on the lining fabric (pictured). There is no tagged size, but looking at the measurements I would guess that it's a size large or 42. Given the shorter sleeve length, I'd say it is a 42 short instead of regular.
