The cover is stamped with one of the se-tenant 10 cent Apollo-Soyuz stamps (Scott #1570) issued by the USA on July 15, 1975.

It also was stamped with the First Man on the Moon airmail stamp (Scott #C76) and the 3 cent Fort Bliss centennial stamp (Scott #976). They were canceled at Kennedy Space Center, Florida, on July 15, 1975, the date of the launch of the Apollo spacecraft from the Kennedy Space Center, and the First Day of Issue of the Apollo-Soyuz stamps. The slogan killer is illegible.

The cover is stamped with a 20 centimes stamp from Rwanda with an image of the rocket launching the Apollo spaceship (Scott #373).

The envelope has a blue ink rubber stamp cachet showing the Apollo and Soyuz space craft.

The cover is addressed

The reverse side is canceled with a machine cancel at the U. S. Postal Service, CO 860 on July 20, 1975, the day between the day they separated and the day the Soviet Soyuz landed on Earth.

The cover has never been sealed.
