Although I do not offer refunds on most items, because I buy used and list everythiing, including any flaws to the best of my knowledge and research, contact me if you are not happy with your item before opening a case, so I have a chance to make things right.

 Always keep packaging for items damaged during transit, and file a claim with USPS. I videotape my packaging and add fragile to all packages.
