I have a set of 2 Pottery Barn MacKenna Paisley euro shams. The euro shams do not come with an inserts. The shams are in preowned condition , maybe not as vibrant from use and washes as when they were new. (First two pics are from PB website, the rest of the pics are the actual shams.)
