Royal Blue BALTIMORE & OHIO Combine Car (part Passenger, part RPO - Railway Post Office). 

This is a G-scale model in pretty good condition.

It says U.S. Mail on it and the road name is B&O 1063.

This is a Bachmann Big Hauler model.

There is a receptacle on the bottom for a 9 volt battery intended to supply
interior lighting.  I have not used this capability and cannot guarantee it.

This will be shipped with Bachmann knuckle couplers.

This will be shipped with plastic wheels (though pictured with metal wheels).
