We use EXPRESS shipping and ship to Australia and NZ wide through AUSPOST. Metro customers will receive the item in the very next day, rural customers will receive a day after.
If the product is not as described, we pay shipping fees and take it back. You can either choose for a replacement if we have one available or full refund of money. Change of mind returns would attract 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation policy
If the buyer opted to cancel the item due to change of mind or similar sort, after its been shipped or delivered , we charge 10% re-stocking fee provided the item is still in its original condition as how it was received by the buyer.
If a item is not as described or faulty, seller will bear the return postage cost and full amount will be refunded or the similar device will be replaced.
