5、Machine must be checked and maintained at a specified  interval period.

6、Please don’t put in any item can’t bear that low  temperature.

7、To ensure the normal operation and ventilation cooling of  the machine,please don’t block the air inlet and outlet. And please always leave  at least 80cm between the machine and walls .

8、To protector the compressor, please wait for at least 3  minutes to restart the machine if the power supply was shut up suddenly.

9、If the temperature of the machine goes up because of  defective or power off, and you can’t fix this problem, please transfer the  machine to a better place with suitable storage temperature.

△  Attentions before Using

1、Carrying：carry  from the bottom, move angle can be over 45 degree, remember to be gentle and  slow.

2、Please  clean the machine before use.

3、Requests  on environment：

① Indoor Use  Only,

② The  installation surface must be fixed, horizontal and nonflammable. And need to be  able to stand the working weight of this machine.

③ Should be  storage away from direct sunlight and heat source, the environment temperature  shouldn’t be higher than 28℃.

④Please leave  at 60cm space around the machine, convenient for ventilation and heat radiation.

⑤ Shouldn’t be  placed at where is very cold to freeze.

⑥ Please don’t  placed at anywhere wet or easy to contact with water.

△ Note：Please  don’t move over the cord when you move the machine.

△ Note：Don’t  put in any item when you just turn on the machine, waiting for the temperature  goes down (usually about 50mins) and then put in items on the cooling plate.  Please don’t start the machine within 24hrs after you receive it.

Normal Working Conditions：

1、Environment  temperature 10℃～28℃

2、Relative  humidity ≤80%

3、No  strong vibration and corrosive gases nearby

4、Away  from direct sunlight and other cold heat sources

→Low temperature  freezer work system：Intermittent operation

△ Safety precautions

1、Supply  voltage：The  machine needs three-phase 220V/50HZ AC power supply. If the voltage is lower  than 198V or higher than 242V, please work together with a suitable automatic  voltage regulator.

2、Must  use a separate ground wire socket, please don’t arbitrarily extended power line  length. If you have to lengthen the power line, please use copper conductive  wire larger than 4㎜²，also  the cross-sectional area of the copper conductive wire in the wall connected  with power socket must be larger than 4㎜².

3、Please  don’t put in any flammable and explosive dangerous goods, strong corrosive acid,  alkali or other items.

4、Please  don’t connect the zero wire (N wire) with ground wire, otherwise the  refrigerator shell will be charged and cause electric shock accident.

5、Don’t  tie the power lines together; Don’t put any furniture or heavy things over the  power lines; Also don’t close to any heat source.

△  Instructions：

一．First  use

1、Please  storage the machine according the requests after you unpacking the machine.

2、The  machine already been cleaned before shipping, but still suggest user to clean  again.With a little Neutral detergent to wipe the plate and then clean with  water and dry the plate at last (electronic components can’t touch with  water,dry cloth only ).

3、The  temperature controller is set up at -130℃，(The  best operating temperature is -100℃～-130℃)  Connect power supply，turn  on the general start button，button  light turns on，temperature  controller show the current temperature. The whole system will be off 3 minutes  later after you turn off the power. And if the temperature in the cooling plate  obviously go down after 30 minutes, that mean the cooling system is in good  condition.

4、Working  temperature must be cooling to -130℃（or  setting temperature）,  and then put items in.

二、Temperature  Adjusting

1、The  electronic digital temperature controller display is installed on the control  panel of the machine. Once you turn on the machine, PV shows the real working  temperature and SV shows the setting working temperature.

2、Buttons  Explanation：

PV Real  temperature；Display  parameter symbols under the parameter settings condition；

SV Setting  temperature；Display  the exact number under the parameter settings condition；SET  Setting condition；Press  this button to choose a number under the parameter setting condition;

＜ Left  shift key；Rapidly  choose the needed number under the setting condition;

∨ Minus button；Reduce  the number under the setting condition;

∧ Adding button；Add  the number under the setting condition;
