This is not a record. Original vintage 12" X 12" Two sided promo flat/poster for the Soundgarden Motorvision Foundations Form '91 1992 release.
Flat shows very little if any wear from age from storage. No pin holes couple small bends. From a old record store.
Overall excellent condition. Ships out in heavy duty cardboard.
