Genuine 1930s telephone rotary dial and leads.  Original center label.  Clean and turns freely and appears all original and complete.  Not an expert, but I think it is in full working order, sold as a collector's item.  From the internet:

The type 10 dial was used with most British manufactured telephones from 1923 to around 1949. These include candlestick, wood wall phones, 200 series, and 300 series.  Examples from the early '30's had large dial centers and stainless steel finger plates.
