You will be getting 5 BRAND NEW full hanks of Cherry Tree Hill's Potluck Worsted, wound into balls, all brown (Java).

100% Wool. Discontinued & Very Rare.

~270 yds per each 100 gm (3.53 oz) hank (2 lb. 4 oz of yarn total) Original value: $60

Gauge: 22 sts per 4" on US 6-8 needle.

To quote Ravelry: "The original creation that started it all! Luxurious hand dyed 100% worsted wool." Called potluck because each was the luck of the dye pot; often sold in 6 hank sets, you are getting 5 hanks from the same dye pot. - very unique because the "colors [could] never be exactly replicated in subsequent productions". [Ravelry] In other words: there is not another set of yarn hanks exactly like this.

This yarn sold for $12 per hank in my shop. Starting bid is half that price. I have only 3 lots of these in different colorways to sell.

I am selling these yarns because I need to sell the remaining inventory of my design studio & yarn shop (now closed). They have been carefully stored indoors, protected from insects & other pests in sturdy plastic bins away from pets, moisture & odors.

I am well aware of increased shipping costs and I'm making every effort to price my yarns with that in mind. If you add the shipping to the items, for most, you will find that they are priced below current retail prices and often below wholesale for yarns that are currently available. Vintage & discontinued yarns are priced with current demands in mind.

I now use USPS Ground Advantage as the primary shipping option. If you'd like another service, let me know, I'll send an Invoice to reflect your choice and the revised shipping cost.

I am happy to combine lots won into one shipment IF winnings occur within 3 days of the first lot won AND you let me know you want to combine BEFORE you pay for the lots. (Pending size and weight limits of my packaging). I will then send you an Invoice with accurate shipping costs. If you pay for any lot individually I will have to send it individually. I am unable to refund shipping if you decide to combine without letting me know. When combining 3 or more lots I reserve the right to charge a $3 handling fee. I use sturdy plastic mailers whenever possible; large lots will go in boxes.

These are excellent quality and accurately represented and so, I offer no refunds. You will need to request extra insurance to be added to your cost if you want it.

Thank you for your interest.
