Thomas Bavaria Hand Painted Purple Grapes 8 1/2 Inch Plate Circa 1908 - 1939

Pretty porcelain luncheon sized cabinet plate. Nicely decorated with hand painted purple grapes on a vine, over a peach and yellow background. With gold gilding along the edge. Marked Thomas Bavaria on there reverse. This mark was used by Thomas between 1908 and 1939. In 1908, Rosenthal took over the Thomas porcelain factory.

Has an in manufacture stacking flake to the foot rim, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 8 1/2 inches wide.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
