Estate sale find of a large decorative plate. It has a string hanger on the back, so it seems it was only meant for decorative purposes. It has a label on the reverse, but we do not know exactly what this is. From online research, it appears to be a papier mache decorative item from Kashmir. It is 16 inches across. Not sure what the material is. Not sure of the date.

It does have a few splits to the surface and some small chips around edge, but it is overall quite attractive. Please consider listing photos part of the description. As found and as is.
