This is an oval 1890s cobalt blue Wyeth pharmacy bottle with hobnails around the shoulder, base and up both sides..... WYETH bold emb on bottom.... some descriptions say this is hand blown in a mold with a hand formed lip, but I am not expert enough to know if that is accurate!
