One sweet and dainty vintage 1990s young child’s waste basket.

Metal waste basket decoupaged with plaid in shades of green, blue, pink, orange and yellow. Interior is painted light green. Rim is scalloped gold metal piping. Two gold ring side handles. Four round knobs lift the basket off the floor.
