Payment is due upon completion of the auction. If payment is not received within 2 days of the auction ending, an unpaid item dispute will automatically be opened. I do not change shipping addresses once the order is submitted. I do not offer combined shipping on any products. I ship within 4 Business days (holidays and weekends excluded) of cleared payment. I do not have any shipments going out on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Wednesdays.

If your item arrives damaged, please save all the packing material and contact me immediately; every item I sell is shipped with insurance. This will enable me to open a claim to get any damages properly handled. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me first before opening a return to see if we can resolve the situation first.
