New and sealed in cellophane with tax stamps. Some tearing of the cellophane. Cards have never been taken out of cellophane wrap.

This type of tax stamp was used from 1940 to 1965, but I'm thinking this deck is from 1950s or later. I have another sealed Springmaid Fabrics set from 1962 that these were found with.
