Originally sold at participating Burger King locations in 1999 and 2000 as one in a set of six cards given the same ornate treatment and presentation.

The factory-sealed pokéball pictured contains the card along with a genuine, original certificate of authenticity.

Box is in very good condition, showing only minor signs of wear consistent with the item's age and lightweight cardboard construction.
