Please understand that you are purchasing hatching eggs and as such there is no guarantee on hatchability.  However, I and others have successfully hatched multiple times from this flock. 

Each order will consist of 6 fresh Polish eggs. If more eggs are available, you can expect extras.

File a report with your local Post Office. Each shipment is insured and the Post Office is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.  I won't issue any refund on damaged eggs (they weren't damaged when I shipped them).  I take all possible steps to ensure the eggs are secure before shipping.

Due to many factors, there is no guarantee on hatch rate.  If you have a bad hatch it doesn't mean that the eggs were not fertile.  It could be any number of reasons that led to the poor hatch rate.  Your incubation method(s) may be the biggest factor in the result.

Also, I am not an expert at incubating or hatching. Please do not ask me for any advice on the incubation or hatching process.  You'll find better information through Google than I could provide.
