Nice vintage emerald green glass trinket box / powder jar. Decorated with a hand enameled Georgian / Colonial gentleman on the lid. He is wearing a green coat with a yellow waist coat and purple trousers. With white enameled beading and gold gilt scrollwork around the edge of the scene and white enameled beading around the side of the box. Made by the Italian factory Salviati.

Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.

Measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches tall.

This is vintage may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
