This is a wonderful all-original Old Maid card game from the 1930s in old blue flocked box (not sure if original).  The set is COMPLETE and comes with all 21 pairs of characters, the Old Maid, the instruction card, and a Whitman advertising card.  The characters are fantastic including caricatures from the era including gangster, hobo, flappers, pinups, bathing beauties, prisoner, police and so forth.  The cards are all in excellent condition with a few smudges here and there that I haven't tried to remove but probably would come off easily with a gum eraser.  No dog ears, no tears, just a gorgeous set with vibrant colors! The cards are red on the reverse side and measure 3-1/2" x 2-1/2". I love the names on these cards -- you have Jazzbo Jackson (black vaudeville), Mandy Struts (black society lady), Agonizing Sue (black flapper), Eric Faintheart (gentleman), Caspar Hotstuff (man of fashion), Cop Emoff (policeman), Yotta Fall (flapper with dog), Slim Pickens (gentleman), Jennie Twinkle-toes (flapper), Sallie Splash (bathing beauty), Bugs Boggs (prisoner), Oswald Shy (wooing gentleman), Tuffy Yegg (looks like a gangster), Weary Stoops (hobo), Azz I. Said (boss man), I. M. Cranky (looks like a banker), Hazel Hazzit (shopper), Ebeneezer Picket (farmer), Iva Lipstick (fashion lady), Mr. I Never (con man), and Lemme Think (businessman).
