Air Canada Travel Voucher.

I booked flights to visit a relative in America and then I was unable to make it. Air Canada would only give me a voucher as I bought non refundable tickets.

I've had the voucher for a year and now the route I would like is no longer available unless I pay a lot more to go 'one stop' but I don't have the money right now.
