* 1x Sony PlayStation 4 Slim CUH-2115B - Bad Disk Drive. No Hard Drive. Missing Hard Drive Cover and Screws.
* 1x Sony PlayStation 4 CUH-1001A - 500GB Hard Drive (HDD) - Disk Drive Eject Motor is inconsistent and unreliable. Needs to be replaced.
* 1x Sony PlayStation 4 CUH-1115A - No Hard Drive - Receives power, but will not complete a boot up (console shuts off before it can display video output).
Consoles may have additional unaccounted for issues as they were not heavily tested and the above issue(s) are mentioned purely as a sign of reference for the issues we ran across during testing.

Disclaimers
Payment
- Payment must be received within 4 calendar days of an item's end date or your order may be cancelled without notice per eBay's Unpaid Item Policy.
- Orders must be paid for through eBay prior to pickup. Payment will not be accepted at the pickup location for any reason.
Shipping
- We ship using FedEx for Domestic (U.S.) Orders. International Orders are processed through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- Please allow UP TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared.
- A Business Day is defined as the the days of the week between Monday and Friday and EXCLUDES the days of Saturday and Sunday.
- A Business Day EXCLUDES any Federal (United States) Recognized Holidays (Examples: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.)
- For example, an item purchased on Friday may take up until the following Wednesday to ship out.
- We strive to answer all inquiries, however inquiries regarding "Why hasn't ___ shipped?" that are not labeled as Overdue (meaning items that have exceeded the "within three business days"expectation set on each order) will not be prioritized.
- We do not offer Priority/Next-Day/Urgent/etc. Shipping. All orders ship within three business days in the order that they were paid for.
- Tracking Number(s) will be updated in eBay once items have shipped.
- We ONLY ship internationally through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We DO NOT accept third party shipping labels.
- We offer combined shipping on Auction Items upon request prior to payment. Combined shipping is not offered on Buy It Now items.
- We do not ship to APOs or P.O. Boxes. A full physical address is required for shipment. No exceptions will be made. Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled if a valid address is not provided.
Local Pick-Up
- Pickups: Orders may be picked up from our retail storefront "The Grid" located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208. Please use eBay messaging or call the store at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment.
- Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted or service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
- Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours we are open to making arrangements to do so.
- Pickups must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup location.
- You must personally pick up your items unless you specify ahead of time that a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
- All orders must be paid for in eBay prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for eBay items through our retail storefront.
- Please enter the retail store and speak to an employee when you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide an employee with either your eBay Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in eBay for confirmation.
Customer Service
- Our eBay Customer Service Operation runs Monday to Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Messages will be responded to in the order that they are received. If your message is sent outside of our service hours, on Weekends, or Holidays we will respond to you within 24 hours on the next Business Day of operation.
