It is a soft closure meaning it does not close with a zipper or buttons but lays open. Fully lined.
Armpit to armpit across the back is 19.5", From the top of the collar on the back to the bottom of the hem measures 22 3\8, The sleeves measure 17 3/4 measuring from the armpit to the seam. Measuring from the top of the collar down the arm to the hem is 30 1/4.
